The undersigned agrees that all purchases made by Customer from Krave Pure Foods, Inc., Chef's Cut Real Jerky, or any of its affiliated entities (Seller) are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. In the event the account is turned over to an attorney or other agency for collection, or collection through any judicial proceeding, Customer shall pay all reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incurred by Seller.

2. Customer shall notify Seller of any change of ownership of the Customer within 30 days.

3. Inventory purchased from the KRAVE / CCRJ B2B wholesale portal may not be re-sold on Amazon. This prohibition is inclusive of any re-configuration of the products into different case packs or sold as single units. Violation of this term of use will result in termination of the wholesale pricing agreement.
